Our restaurant in Comano Terme takes visitors on a spectacular culinary journey, starting with the Vital Buffet – a particular favourite served in the garden during summer – and culminating in our mains. These feature local products such as Ciuiga, a pork and turnip sausage from San Lorenzo in Banale that is also a Slow Food Presidium, potatoes from Lomaso and vegetables from our chef’s own garden.
